As Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the service. You will ensure that activities are carried out efficiently and that internal and external customer requests are dealt with promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities
Answer calls from customers, technicians and representatives, and follow up on service requests.
Manage warranties and parts returns.
Create repair orders, complete customs forms, follow up, invoice and ship.
Open work orders for equipment under repair.
Perform various service-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Bilingual (for customers outside of Canada)
1 to 2 years experience in service coordination, in a parts or inventory management position.
Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities
Good command of IT tools (Microsoft Suite)
