Responsibilities
As an IT technician, your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical support to internal and external users
Setting up and configuring computers for employees
Managing user accounts (new accounts, licenses, access management, etc.)
Ensuring the optimal setup and performance of computer hardware
Creating and updating documentation
Working closely with various stakeholders within the company
Qualifications
You have the following qualifications:
• DEC or AEC in IT (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2 years of experience in face-to-face IT support
• You are fluently bilingual (English and French)
• And you are proficient in the following technologies:
· Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, etc.
· Knowledge of M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Azure, etc.)
· Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, etc.
