Language requirements and justification in accordance with Bill 96:
Fluency in French (approximately 90% of tasks) and functional spoken and written English.
Our client conducts business across Canada. The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec requiring knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfill these duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it was determined that this role requires candidates to possess a functional knowledge of English (spoken and written). Specifically, this position requires the employee to communicate with English-speaking clients on a regular basis to handle incoming service requests and provide first-level support.
