Responsibilities
-Respond to service calls and customer inquiries with professionalism.
-Analyze customer needs and open the appropriate service requests.
-Prioritize calls based on urgency, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
-Schedule and assign interventions to technicians based on territory and availability.
-Optimize schedules to ensure efficient and balanced coverage.
-Monitor contractual obligations and perform necessary follow-ups.
-Ensure deadlines are met and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Qualifications
-3 years of experience in service dispatching.
-Experience in the combustion industry, a significant asset.
-Excellent computer skills and technical proficiency.
-Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work in a team.
-Calm, clear, and efficient, even under high-pressure situations.
-Eager to grow and gradually take on more responsibilities.
