Responsibilities
As Service Manager in Laval, you will be responsible for:
Comprehensive management of technicians, including employee supervision and schedule planning.
Effective management of customer service, priorities, and emergencies.
Collaboration with the parts department and installation team.
Applying procedures in place to ensure smooth operations.
Supporting the Service Coordinator in their tasks.
Ensuring the team works safely and participating in prevention efforts.
Working with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Supervising and leading a team of fewer than 10 people (technicians and coordinator).
Qualifications
What you need to succeed in this role:
Significant experience in personnel management (team management/supervision).
Experience in service management, ideally in a technical, mechanical, or electromechanical context, involving schedule management and customer emergencies.
Mechanical or electromechanical knowledge is a major asset.
Knowledge of Salesforce's Prophet21 and Field Service software is a significant asset.
Be a team player.
Ability to work in French and English, as the head office and many colleagues are located outside the province.
