In this 100% back-office role, you will be responsible for processing critical, non-financial transactions and managing sensitive data across multiple internal systems. Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite at Bloor St. W / 1 day remote)
Position Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential for extension or permanent conversion)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime potential)
Compensation: $20.64 / hour

Responsibilities
Data Management: Accurately review, compile, sort, and input critical, non-financial client data from source documents into multiple internal systems.
Quality Assurance: Compare entered data against source documents to detect, correct, or escalate discrepancies, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
Communication: Manage internal team email queues and communications professionally and efficiently.
SLA Management: Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within a 24-48 hour turnaround window.
Team Collaboration: Participate in quick, daily 15-20 minute team huddles to align on daily volumes and workload strategies.
Record Keeping: Maintain clear and detailed logs of daily activities and completed work.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Education: University Degree is required.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience within a financial or banking environment.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
Work History: A stable career history showing commitment (candidates with excessive job-hopping or numerous short-term contract transitions will not be considered).
Soft Skills for Success:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (crucial for navigating internal queues).
Precision: Elite attention to detail and high data-entry accuracy.
Aptitude: A quick learner who takes the initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage personal workloads autonomously.
Nice-to-Haves:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically with Macros.
