Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime during peak periods)
Pay Rate: $23.40/hour

Responsibilities
Receive daily processing assignments from Team Leads and execute tasks independently with minimal direct supervision.
Review, audit, and approve source documents (e.g., reports, records, files) and accurately input data into dedicated computer systems.
Identify, audit, and correct data entry discrepancies against source documentation to maintain operational compliance.
Handle sensitive customer and client records with extreme precision, security, and confidentiality.
Maintain logs of processing activities, track personal throughput, and report status updates to Team Leads.
Participate in daily morning huddles (~15 minutes) and regular team check-ins.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of overall operational, back-office, or data processing experience (Banking or Financial Services background strongly preferred).
Technical Skills: Fast, highly accurate data entry capabilities; proficiency with standard office software (MS Excel, Word).
Work History: Demonstrated history of stability in past roles; candidates with frequent, unverified short-term job changes will not be considered.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, high adaptability, a career-driven mindset, and strong self-management skills.
