Responsibilities
Review and accurately process transfer forms, customer instructions, and internal transactions in accordance with established regulatory guidelines and procedures.
Ensure all transactions are processed within established timelines and authorized limits, focusing on high accuracy and attention to detail.
Support daily team operations related to asset movements from our institution to external parties, processing of donations, and internal processing (e.g., Waterhouse – Retail).
Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Continuously build and share operations knowledge, critically assess existing processes, and propose opportunities for improvement.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
Qualifications
2-3 years of overall professional experience, preferably in an operations or financial services setting.
Post-secondary degree or equivalent certification.
Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel (including experience with data management, formulas, and ideally Macros).
Experience or familiarity with Confluence or a similar knowledge management tool.
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
