The primary accountability of this position is to execute the physical and digital processes related to inventory receipt and tracking. You will be responsible for the physical handling of delivered goods and the accurate input of critical data into tracking systems. This is a manual and detail-oriented role operating in a fast-paced environment where compliance and accuracy are paramount.

Responsibilities
Physical Receipt and Sorting: Manage the daily physical receipt of boxes delivered by carriers (e.g., UPS), including the unpacking and systematic sorting of equipment inventory. (Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for the duration of the shift).
Data Verification and Entry: Operate data entry devices (keyboard or computer) and scanners to accurately input equipment data and serial numbers into specific data fields.
Quality Control: Locate and correct data entry errors or report discrepancies directly to supervisors to ensure accurate information documentation.
Logistics Support: Work collaboratively with the team to assist with general warehouse and inventory management tasks as required.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all assets received, adhering to internal operating procedures and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of overall professional experience, with a background in warehouse, logistics, or operational support.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and above-average computing and navigational skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to document and record information accurately.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma is required.
Desirable Qualifications
Possession of a Forklift certification is a helpful asset.
