Develop your technical skills through a structured training period of two to three months upon your arrival.

Responsibilities
You will be required to set up and adjust molds with precision according to the changing requirements of daily production.
It will be your responsibility to perform the necessary mechanical adjustments to ensure that every bottle produced is perfectly compliant.
You will perform minor mechanical repairs on equipment to minimize downtime within the factory.
Your role as a Setup Technician involves ensuring a safe work environment by strictly following health and safety standards.
You will collaborate with operators to optimize production speed while maintaining irreproachable product quality.
You will document your technical interventions to ensure effective follow-up between different work shifts.

Qualifications
You ideally hold a diploma in industrial mechanics or electromechanics, which constitutes a major asset for this position.
Your background demonstrates great resourcefulness as well as exemplary reliability in the execution of your technical duties.
You possess an excellent mechanical mindset allowing you to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Thoroughness and attention to detail are natural qualities for you to ensure the precision of mold adjustments.
As a Setup Technician, you must own your own basic toolbox to perform daily technical interventions.
You are available and motivated to work evening or night shifts following your initial integration period.
