Responsibilities
Operating both Sit-down and Stand-up forklifts to move pallets safely through tight warehouse aisles.
Managing the full cycle from unloading raw materials to staging and securing outbound orders.
Picking, packing, and using RF scanners to ensure the right product gets to the right customer, every time.
Collaborating on cycle counts and keeping the warehouse organized and efficient.
Qualifications
A valid, current Forklift Certification is mandatory.
1–2 years of hands-on experience (experience on both sit-down and stand-up models is highly preferred).
Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or distribution center.
Ability to comfortably lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
A track record of dependability and a "safety-first" mindset.
