As a Reliable Weekend Worker - Every Saturday / Raymond Reach Forklift Operator, your primary focus will be order fulfillment and shipping logistics within a refrigerated warehouse setting. This role is deeply embedded in our manufacturing & logistics division, requiring strong spatial awareness, physical stamina, and precision operating skills. You will spend your Saturdays picking customer orders from precise pick lists, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring that specific customer requirements are meticulously met before loading finished products onto outbound trailers. This is an exceptional opportunity to utilize your warehousing expertise in a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities
• Operating a stand-up Raymond reach forklift safely and efficiently to move poultry products throughout the facility.
• Building accurate customer orders from a physical pick list for outbound shipments in a timely manner.
• Utilizing RF Scanners to look up inventory, track product movement, and confirm order accuracy.
• Loading completed and verified customer orders onto outbound trucks and trailers.
• Wrapping skids securely to prevent damage or shifting during transit.
• Sorting through non-bin managed inventory from the production side to accurately locate required picking items.
• Ensuring all specific customer requirements and compliance guidelines are followed for every order.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace within a busy and sometimes congested warehouse environment.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of active Raymond Reach forklift experience with a valid forklift certification (in-house or external).
• Documented compliance requirement: A copy of your valid forklift license must be provided.
• Experience working comfortably in a cold, refrigerated warehouse environment (minus 2 degrees Celsius).
• Comfort working in a facility that warehouses and produces poultry products.
• Previous experience with non-bin management warehouse systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a mandatory one-week day shift training orientation (Mon-Tue 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Wed-Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) without lateness.
• Possession of CSA-approved safety shoes, and commitment to dressing in warm layers (long sleeves and pants required; no jewelry or strong scents permitted).
• Previous experience in the food industry is considered a strong asset.
