Responsibilities
**What You Will Be Doing:**
As a Shipper/Receiver Clerk, you will play a critical role in inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Unpacking and inspecting received goods for damage and accurate piece counts.
* Preparing, assembling, and staging orders for shipment, ensuring proper identifying information and shipping labels are applied.
* Arranging carriers for outgoing customer shipments and coordinating customer pick-ups.
* Safely operating a forklift, hand truck, or other material handling equipment to load, unload, and store goods.
* Interfacing daily with an internal business system/ERP software to track product movement and maintain accurate inventory counts.
* Conducting monthly inventory cycle counts and verifying packing slips against purchase orders.
* Picking required orders for the assembly technician team.
* Performing final testing and shipping of products while assisting inside/outside sales staff as needed.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications
**What You Bring to the Role:**
* High School Diploma is required
* Prior experience working in a shipping/receiving or warehouse environment is considered a strong asset.
* A valid Forklift Certification is an asset.
* Experience with inventory control, order management software, or specialized shipping software is an asset.
* Strong knowledge of occupational Health and Safety regulations.
* Excellent time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check
