Documentation: Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping labels; receive inbound and post outbound orders in the system.

Material Disposition: Evaluate all incoming freight for quality and accuracy, making critical disposition decisions for damaged or incorrect materials.
Logistics Documentation: Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to create Bills of Lading (BOLs), generate shipping labels, and process both inbound and outbound orders.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all operating rules and ensuring compliance with DOT 49 CFR HAZMAT standards.
Operational Support: Facilitate smooth communication between departments to resolve logistics bottlenecks and ensure the timely arrival/departure of material
Qualifications
Education: High School/GED required.
Certifications: DOT 49 CFR HAZMAT certified or the ability to obtain certification.
Experience: Proven warehouse experience required; Forklift and/or Reach Truck experience is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Packages; SAP experience and knowledge of TMS is a significant plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20KG, navigate a high-volume Distribution Center, and maintain the manual dexterity required for PC/Keyboard use.
