Shift time: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Wage: $27.00 - $29.00/hr depending on experience and certifications

Responsibilities
• Picking orders and coordinating skids for shipping based on customer service and sales requirements
• Create labels for all shipments
• Ensure all shipments are organized, labeled and ready to leave the facility
• Receive raw materials and intercompany transfers (domestic and international) and complete applicable process in SAP
• Review and track Certificates of Analysis (COA) and enter data into SAP When receiving raw material or intercompany transfers, put items away in a designated racking area of the facility
• Safe operation of forklift and other plant equipment
• Work safely at all times, adhering to all company safety policies
• Inventory management including completing cycle counts and verifying received goods (and making adjustments as necessary)
• Housekeeping duties including cleaning daily, disposal of plant waste and recycling, and cleaning between producing products
• Assist plant management as required
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma
• 3+ years of experience in a similar shipping role or warehousing environment
• Computer literacy, and experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Counterbalance Forklift certification an asset
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods certification an asset
• Knowledge of trucking and transportation terms like "Tri-Axle" and "Tandem Trailers", properly building skids and loading safely
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to problem-solve and recognize errors
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to changing business needs
• You reside in and are legally permitted to work full-time in British Columbia
