Shift: Monday to Friday, rotating between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Annual Pay: $40-43K

Responsibilities
• Verify inventory documentation, shipping manifests, and product labels to ensure total accuracy before distribution.
• Scan all incoming and outgoing medical supplies into the warehouse management system to maintain real-time tracking.
• Pack temperature-controlled shipments utilizing specialized cold-chain materials, including dry ice and ice packs.
• Learn and implement specific cold-chain requirements and shipping procedures for each distinct medication type.
• Receive incoming supply shipments, inspect for damage, and execute the proper put-away processes in designated storage zones.
• Operate a manual pallet jack safely to move bulk materials, inventory, and staged shipments across the warehouse floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation adhering to healthcare manufacturing & logistics safety guidelines.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a warehouse packing, material handling, or shipping coordinator role preferred.
• Physical capability to safely and repeatedly lift, push, and pull warehouse materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort and ability to work in a position where tasks are performed exclusively while standing.
• Demonstrated experience or comfort learning to safely operate a manual pallet jack.
• Commitment to a zero-error standard of work, understanding the critical nature of medical shipping accuracy.
• Flexibility to work the required rotating shifts (8:30 AM–4:30 PM and 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
