•Coaching and supporting employees to ensure performance meets defined standards
•Training and onboarding new team members
Qualifications
Skills expected for success as a Site Coordinator:
•Experience in a warehouse or industrial environment
•Proven experience in personnel or team management
•Bilingual (English-French) - MANDATORY
•Physical stamina and ability to spend the shift standing or walking
•Strong ability to organize and guide a work team
•Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling)
•Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
•Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively
•Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure
