Responsibilities
ey responsibilities include:
· Assist with packing, labeling, and staging of tools and equipment.
· Support movement, setup, and verification activities across the technical floors.
· Assist with asset inventories and tracking of equipment and materials before and after the move.
· Support tagging, labeling, and verification of equipment locations.
· Maintain relocation checklists and documentation.
· Support coordination with Facilities, IT, Security, and EHS.
· Participate in daily briefings and provide floor support.
· Assist with site readiness walkthroughs and punch lists.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
· Enrolled in or recently completed a post-secondary program (any discipline).
· Proficient in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English, with strong comprehension skills.
· Able to lift 25–30 lbs and perform hands-on physical tasks.
· Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
· Comfortable working in technical/industrial environments.
· Data entry capability, with accuracy and attention to detail; required for maintaining barcode and asset tracking databases.
· Experience working with databases or digital inventory systems is considered an asset.
· Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to follow instructions effectively and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
