Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a sophisticated organic social media strategy designed to grow and engage our client's audience across platforms.
- Serve as the in-house expert on organic social trends and influencers, identifying emerging opportunities to stay ahead of competitors.
- Partner with creative teams to produce high-impact, platform-specific content that drives engagement and fosters community.
- Establish benchmarks for success, leveraging analytics and insights to inform ongoing strategy and performance improvements.
- Monitor evolving platform algorithms, trends, and best practices, ensuring the brand remains agile and innovative.
- Develop and execute robust influencer strategies that align with our client's brand vision and KPIs, seamlessly supporting their brand marketing efforts.
- Oversee outreach to influencer partners, including sourcing, contracts, deliverables, and overall program management.
- Analyze historical and current performance data to optimize influencer program strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional digital and media teams to recommend distribution and amplification strategies that support larger product and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership across Marketing, Analytics, PR, Product, and Creative teams to integrate social strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
- Partner with global social media managers and content creators to craft posts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Mentor community managers and guide them on maintaining brand voice and social media best practices.
- Champion a data-informed culture, aligning key stakeholders on KPIs, results, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist influencer managers and agencies with campaigns as needed.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, DTC, SS&A, and Sales to align on product information such as key messaging, launch dates, priority products, and inventory.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital strategy.
- Bilingual French/English is ideal
- Deep expertise in organic social media strategies, platform algorithms, and content trends.
- Experience managing agency relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Hootsuite, Meltwater, Google Analytics, and influencer marketing platforms like CreatorIQ.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with paid social amplification or paid media experience preferred.
- Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Agency world is a huge plus for this role!
