Key Responsibilities
In this Software Test Specialist role, you will lead the following activities:
•Automation & Impact: Design and execute automated test suites to accelerate delivery cycles.
•Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshoot issues found during automated testing and drive sustainable fixes.
•Load & Performance Testing: Use simulators to ensure system resilience under extreme conditions.
•Tooling Innovation: Evaluate and maintain testing tools to keep our development process cutting-edge.
•Decision Support: Provide critical release recommendations based on comprehensive test reports.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
To thrive as our Software Test Specialist, you should bring:
•Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience: 1+ year of hands-on experience in software development or testing (Windows, Web, or Embedded).
•Tech Stack: Familiarity with tools like Cucumber, JBehave, or Smart Bear is a strong asset.
•Networking: Basic knowledge of TCP/UDP and serial communication protocols.
•Languages: Fluency in French and English for seamless collaboration.
•Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
