Responsibilities
Working with the Director, Global Procurement – Functions, this role will:
Communicate with internal stakeholders via emails, instant messaging, via video call or in-person meeting to discuss business requirements and sourcing project updates
Coordinate sourcing activities with suppliers, including but not limited to RFPs
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with Suppliers
Coordinate contributions from various Centers of Governance
Coordinate internal parties and suppliers to review and align on potential contract gaps
Analyze opportunities and recommend sourcing
strategies/optimal course of action in compliance with company policies and processes
Reporting and administrative activities in connection with contract and sourcing initiatives.
Qualifications
Must have:
Experience in leading RFPs
Experience negotiating and drafting contracts with minimal support from legal counsels
Soft skills are key especially:
o Storytelling and executive level communication management skills
Nice to have:
7+ years’ experience in Procurement roles
Knowledge of the management consulting and software categories
Soft Skills:
time management skills, ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Critical Thinking
Growth mindset
Analytical Skills
Storytelling and executive level communication management skills
Strong Business Acumen
