Manage and support the resolution of outstanding client accounts
Collaborate with third parties and internal departments on active cases
Conduct assessments to guide decisions on client files
Track asset-related developments and perform skip tracing
Assist in investigations and highlight potential risks
Ensure alignment of strategies across internal and external teams
Identify process improvement opportunities
Perform administrative tasks and provide operational support as required
Qualifications
3–4 years of relevant experience in account management, collections, operations, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing deadlines
Analytical mindset with good judgment and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking)
Spoken languages like - French and Punjabi are an asset
Familiarity with relevant legal or regulatory frameworks is considered an advantage
