Responsibilities
-Conduct information sessions and support notaries through Teams.
-Assist notaries with document platforms and pilot projects.

-Maintain accurate records in databases, systems, and procedure manuals.
-Ensure internal and external client requirements are met.
Qualifications
-Knowledge of mortgage refinancing procedures; experience in real estate law or a notary office is an asset.
-Customer service-oriented with ability to provide proactive solutions.
-Able to work independently, exercise judgment, and manage competing priorities.
-Strong planning, organization, and communication skills (French oral/written; English reading).
-Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
-College degree, law technician, or equivalent.
-Bilingual in French and English.
