As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be at the heart of operations, working closely with clients and financial teams to ensure optimal collections and precise payment follow-up.

Responsibilities
Develop proactive strategies and negotiate payment plans to maximize collections
Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and managers to resolve complex billing issues
Optimize collection processes using key performance indicators and financial data
Analyze and rigorously monitor accounts receivable, including aging reports
Actively participate in annual audits and financial improvement projects
Qualifications
Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of accounts receivable management experience, ideally in professional services or corporate environments
Bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
Experience with Maître or Elite 3E software is a strong asset
Strong client service orientation, negotiation skills, and problem-solving ability
Highly organized, autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage priorities under pressure
