Responsibilities
-You will become the primary product expert, providing remote technical support to clients and partners.
-You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to our control systems, becoming the reference for recurring bugs.
-You will manage equipment returns by performing lab tests to identify failures and coordinate replacements.
-You will analyze the performance of installed systems by consulting logs and databases (SQL) to extract key insights.
-You will produce clear reports from existing templates (Excel, SQL) to communicate your findings to the teams.
-You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to contribute to the continuous improvement of the products.
Qualifications
-You hold a relevant degree: a DEC in Computer or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience, or a university degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
-Your experience in building automation or industrial control is your main asset, ideally gained in a technical support or commissioning role.
-You are perfectly fluent in English, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with a North American client base.
-Known for your autonomy and methodical approach, you can diagnose and resolve complex technical problems while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
-You have a strong interest in data analysis and possess good skills with Excel; proficiency in SQL for querying databases is a major asset.
-You are available for occasional travel to client sites to provide training and integration support (a valid passport is an asset).
