As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across broker channels, leveraging deep market insights to optimize growth and profitability. This position offers an incredible degree of autonomy and a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage your portfolio with a "business-owner" mindset. You will be expected to travel regularly within the province to reinforce partnerships and represent the brand at key industry events.

Responsibilities
• Lead and optimize broker relationships to drive strategic sales growth and long-term portfolio profitability.
• Develop high-impact pipeline strategies, focusing on broker acquisition and identifying emerging business opportunities in Saskatchewan.
• Analyze key performance metrics including retention, loss ratios, and revenue growth to refine sales tactics.
• Serve as a senior brand ambassador at industry events to cultivate executive-level relationships and gather competitive intelligence.
• Maintain deep market expertise to provide strategic guidance on competitive positioning and industry trends.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 6+ years of sales or business development experience
• Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is a strong asset.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly between Saskatoon, Regina, and surrounding areas.
• Strong existing network within the Saskatchewan insurance brokerage community.
• Ability to pass a criminal backcheck
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities with a high-value professional network.
• Strategic mindset with advanced business planning and market analysis capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Highly self-directed with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
