Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance a centralized HR policy framework that meets both global standards and local employment laws
- Maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation for essential HR programs such as attendance tracking, leave management, and pay processes
- Act as a liaison between HR, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure legal updates are translated into efficient internal procedures
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews, helping track and close any policy-related gaps
- Ensure all HR systems accurately reflect current policy, working closely with technology and operations partners
- Monitor employment legislation and coordinate timely policy updates and internal communications
- Develop user-friendly resources such as guides, training materials, and FAQs to help employees easily understand and follow policies
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR policy, compliance, employee relations, or similar roles
- A process-oriented mindset with a strong grasp of how systems and policies interact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex topics
- Ability to navigate organizational change and collaborate across departments
- Familiarity with HR tech systems like Workday, UKG, or comparable platforms is a plus
