We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst to join the Security Operations group. Help safeguard intellectual property, customer trust, and regulatory compliance, all while working in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and management of DLP solutions across endpoints, email, web, network, and cloud.
Investigate, triage, and resolve DLP alerts and incidents, serving as the escalation point for complex cases.
Perform deep-dive incident analysis, root cause investigations, and remediation planning.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to shape robust data protection policies.
Tune and optimize DLP detection policies to reduce false positives and sharpen effectiveness.
Work closely with SOC and IT teams to remediate DLP violations quickly and thoroughly.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and support compliance, audit, and risk assessment initiatives.
Stay up to date on threat trends, technology advancements, and regulatory updates (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and more).
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Cyber Security and DLP experience (design, implementation, and management)
Expertise with DLP technologies:
Must-have: Microsoft Purview/DLP, MS Defender, Palo Alto DLP
Nice-to-have: Abnormal, Proofpoint email security, Symantec DLP, Forcepoint, Digital Guardian
Demonstrated ability to operationalize DLP solutions—not just maintain!
Excellent communication: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
Experience within financial services highly valued.
Strong skills in incident response, analysis, and documentation.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.), and secure data handling best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience.
