Responsibilities
- Act as a financial advisor to program sub-market segments and executive leadership, guiding decisions on program execution and performance.
- Take ownership of financial operations and business operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, throughput analysis, and partnering with supply chain on material planning.
- Support new business capture opportunities and lead change initiatives to meet customer expectations and enhance profitability.
- Lead and develop the team and shaping a culture of talent management and professional growth.
- Serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, presenting to executive leadership and coordinating with functional areas.
Qualifications
- CPA, CFA or MBA
- Strong background in Program Finance, Earned Value Management, and FP&A. Experience with government contracting and pricing is essential, with a background in aerospace and/or defense being a strong asset.
- A passionate people leader with experience attracting, engaging, and developing finance and business operations talent.
- The ability to work strategically and autonomously in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
