Roadmap & Backlog Management: Own the product lifecycle by stack-ranking initiatives across all channels to ensure the delivery of maximum business value.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering and Marketing teams to build integrated solutions that enhance customer trust and drive business growth.
Metric Tracking: Define and monitor success via adoption rates and ROI for Influencer, Affiliate, and store-level engagement platforms.
AI & Innovation: Manage the adoption of emerging AI technologies to optimize the technology ecosystem and social storytelling capabilities.
Requirements Gathering: Document detailed requirements and analyze product data to inform development cycles and business acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Alignment: Navigate a matrixed organizational structure to align competing priorities and ensure privacy and legal compliance for all social products.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, with a focus on social commerce, digital marketing, or customer engagement platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
Agile Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, iterative development, and crafting strategic user stories.
Domain Knowledge: A deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, specifically creator platforms, affiliate marketing, and influencer management tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate complex data and customer insights into actionable product priorities and measurable KPIs.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to convey technical roadmaps to non-technical business stakeholders and vice versa.
Proven Delivery: A documented history of successfully launching platform-based products in a large-scale, complex corporate environment.
