Responsibilities
System Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday benefits modules, including benefit groups, plans, eligibility rules, passive events, and business processes.
Operational Support: Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex benefits-related system issues.
Open Enrollment: Lead and support Open Enrollment activities for both union and non-union populations globally.
Technical Execution: Build complex Calculated Fields, develop advanced reports using Workday Report Writer, and utilize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data loads.
Testing & Compliance: Plan and execute unit testing; ensure all system changes adhere to organizational change management protocols and regulatory frameworks (COBRA, ACA, ERISA).
Stakeholder Management: Translate business needs into functional specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Workday Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Workday Benefits and HCM configuration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EIBs, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of COBRA, ACA, and ERISA.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
