Responsibilities
Database & File Governance: Input, modify, and audit employment records within the HRIS framework encompassing job changes, salary adjustments, absences, benefits, and departures.
Stakeholder Support: Address inquiries from the general public and internal teams regarding hiring protocols, while drafting official corporate communications and employment notices.
Hiring Operations Support: Build and publish job advertisements across digital and traditional networks, filter inbound resumes, score competency tests, and coordinate interviews.
Onboarding & Document Facilitation: Lead documentation meetings for new staff, orchestrate orientation timelines, conduct professional reference checks, and coordinate mandatory background verifications.
Attendance & Payroll Integrity: Reconcile timekeeping errors, monitor paid-time-off balances, flag deficit accounts, and issue payroll deduction directives when required to meet strict processing deadlines.
Qualifications
Education: A diploma from a 2-year post-secondary program specializing in Human Resources Management, or a university degree supplemented by equivalent human resources training.
Experience: A minimum of twelve (12) months of practical experience operating within a human resources capacity.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with digital productivity suites (such as Microsoft 365, Word, and Excel) is required; prior experience navigating an enterprise HRIS platform is highly valued.
Core Competencies: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal capabilities, and a proven knack for handling sensitive data with total discretion.
