Location: Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta
Start Date: End of August (Duration: 14 to 16 consecutive days)
Schedule: 12-hour daily shifts (Day or Night Crew split)

Journeyperson: $40.00/hr

About the Role:
We are hiring six top-tier Journeyperson Welders for an urgent, high-paying shop contract starting mid-August. Stack serious hours across 14 to 16 continuous 12-hour shifts. While this project wraps up with a planned layoff, top performers will jump to the front of the line for permanent, long-term careers with our team!

Responsibilities
Execute top-tier structural and component welds in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
Apply Stainless Steel FCAW techniques flawlessly to meet strict project specs.
Weld efficiently in flat and horizontal positions based on production needs.
Follow all welding procedures, quality protocols, and material tracking systems.
Team up on a 24/7 split schedule (3 day crew, 3 night crew) for steady workflow.
Champion shop safety by completing hazard assessments and keeping stations clean.
Qualifications
Certifications: Active CWB Ticket for Stainless FCAW (Flat/Horizontal minimum). Carbon FCAW tickets with solid stainless experience will be considered!
Trade Status: Certified Journeyperson.
Commitment: Available for all 14 to 16 consecutive 12-hour shifts.
Location: Must live in/near Fort Saskatchewan with daily transport (No LOA/Camp).
Attributes: Strong work ethic, precision under tight deadlines, and safety-first mindset.
