Responsibilities
Monitored and executed trades across Fixed Income and Equity, ensuring seamless flow from execution to settlement with brokers, custodians, and fund administrators
•Partnered daily with the trading desk to resolve breaks, reconcile discrepancies, and reduce settlement risk across equity, fixed income, and fund flows
•Reconciled daily cash and position data across funds, flagging issues proactively and supporting timely portfolio-level decisions
• Investigated and resolved trade exceptions with custodians to protect against overdrafts, misallocations, and reporting mismatches
•Delivered accurate, real-time reporting on trade flows and cash balances to PMs and compliance teams, enhancing visibility and control
-helping to implement new trading platform
Qualifications
Must have
University degree
licences to practice in quebec
a minimum of 3 yeasr experience as a trader.
bilingual ( French and strong English)
