Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Ensure the day-to-day management and operational efficiency of the Laval branch.
Coach, motivate, and engage a team of sales and design consultants.
Ensure that the company’s visual standards and brand image are maintained in Laval.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize store sales.
Work closely with headquarters on inventory management and new product launches.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in team management (retail or showroom).
Strong sales and “VIP” customer service skills.
A keen interest in interior design, architecture, or fashion.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Fluency in both French and English. The company is expanding in the western part of the country.
