Responsibilities
As store manager, your responsibilities will include..:
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure the smooth running of the boutique and meet deadlines.
- Ensure that the team achieves its sales targets.
- Control costs such as labor, supplies and inventory.
- Coach and develop the team
- Provide regular feedback and coaching
- Foster a constructive and pleasant atmosphere
- Ensure high quality customer service
- Inform customers about different products and accessories
- Respect safety and hygiene standards by following safe food handling principles and internal guidelines for beverage preparation and workplace safety
- Establish links with local businesses and participate in local events to make the company a community contributor
Qualifications
Qualifications required to apply:
- At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role in sales, retail or customer service
- Experience in managing high-volume retail outlets
- A friendly and dynamic personality
- Proven track record in improving sales performance
- Experience in training or developing a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactivity and ability to coach and teach others
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual French-English (an asset)
