Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, forecasting, and managing min/max thresholds.
Logistics Coordination: Tracking shipments, managing customs clearance, and coordinating direct deliveries.
Tactical and Strategic Sourcing: Identifying, qualifying, and negotiating with local and international suppliers.
Supplier Relationship Management: Developing partnerships and monitoring performance.
Administrative Management and Continuous Improvement: Managing purchase orders and invoices, and contributing to the improvement of internal tools.
TYPE OF PURCHASING: Construction materials (formwork products, XPS insulation, concrete) and subcontracting services.
Qualifications
Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
MUST-HAVES (Required Skills):
5 to 7 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
Proficiency in logistics flows (Incoterms, customs).
Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
NICE-TO-HAVES (Assets):
Good knowledge of construction materials.
Professional certifications in purchasing or logistics.
Experience with SAP.
EDUCATION: College Diploma (DEC) in logistics or supply chain management (Required).
EXPERIENCE (Junior - Interm. Senior / years): Intermediate to Senior (5-7 years).
