Responsibilities
Contribute to sourcing activities, manage requests for proposals (RFPs), and lead contract negotiations to secure the best purchasing conditions, in alignment with company requirements and in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and business units;
Ensure effective contract management throughout all phases (innovation, development, series production, and support), coordinating with suppliers and internal partners to guarantee full compliance with contractual terms and the delivery of expected performance (logistics, quality, support, cost, etc.);
Oversee day-to-day supplier relationships and ongoing projects to maximize customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership (TCO) and associated risks.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering (with a specialization in procurement or supply chain management), or a related field. They have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate strong skills in contract and project management, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and a solid understanding of chemical products.
