While welding is part of the role, we are specifically looking for "Fit-First" mentalities—pros who can take a complex blueprint and turn a pile of steel into a perfectly aligned masterpiece.
đź•’ Available Shifts & Openings
We are currently looking to fill the following slots:
Day Shift (2 Openings): * Mon - Thurs: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Fri: 6:30 AM – 2:45 PM
Night Shift (6 Openings):
Mon - Thurs: 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Includes a $3/hr premium boost!)

Responsibilities
Fitting & Welding: Structural steel (beams, columns, balconies, etc.).
Blueprint Mastery: Reading shop drawings and putting them into action.
Assembly: Tack welding and helping move projects through the production line.
Innovation: Using both manual and robotic welders (we’ll train you on the tech).
Safety: Keeping a "safety first" mindset within a close-knit team.
Qualifications
Fitting Expertise: Significant experience in structural steel layout and assembly.
Valid Tickets: Current CWB FCAW (All Positions) is an asset.
Precision: Meticulous with a tape measure and an understanding of tight tolerances.
Reliability: You show up on time, every time.
