The Schedule & Shift Premiums:
Night Shift: Monday – Thursday (4:00 PM – 3:30 AM). Perfect for "Night Owls" who want to maximize their earnings with a substantial $3.00/hour shift premium while enjoying a permanent 3-day weekend.

Responsibilities
High-Spec Assembly: Execute the precision fitting and welding of critical structural components, including heavy-duty beams, industrial columns, and complex balcony systems.
Blueprint Execution: Deconstruct sophisticated shop drawings and transform raw steel into perfectly aligned, zero-tolerance masterpieces ready for final inspection.
Technical Integration: Seamlessly transition between traditional hand-tacking and operating advanced robotic welding systems (full technical training provided for robotic interfaces).
Workflow Optimization: Collaborate within a close-knit production cell to move high-value projects through the line with a focus on "right-the-first-time" quality and shop safety.
Qualifications
Fitting Authority: Proven, extensive experience in structural steel layout. You must be an expert with a tape measure and have a deep understanding of weld symbols and tolerances.
Current Certifications: Possession of a valid CWB FCAW (All Positions) ticket is considered a major asset, though we value layout expertise above all else.
Reliability & Grit: A documented history of punctuality and a physical readiness to handle large-scale industrial fabrication in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Precision Mindset: You take pride in the "math" of the trade—ensuring every connection is square, every measurement is exact, and every tack is structural.
