The Schedule: Night Shift & OT
Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM (4x10s).
The "Night Owl" Advantage: Includes a $3.00/hour shift premium and a guaranteed 3-day weekend.
Overtime Commitment: Success in this role requires a consistent commitment to overtime. Candidates must be prepared for extended hours to ensure critical project milestones are met.

Responsibilities
Technical Assembly: Execute precision fitting and tacking of heavy beams, industrial columns, and intricate balcony systems.
Blueprint Mastery: Translate complex shop drawings into zero-tolerance components with absolute accuracy.
Advanced Automation: Seamlessly integrate manual fitting with cutting-edge robotic welding systems (on-site training provided).
Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous quality standards while hitting high-speed production targets daily.
Qualifications
Layout Expertise: Proven mastery of structural steel layout, tape measure proficiency, and deep weld-symbol literacy.
Professional Resilience: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced industrial setting. We require focused, disciplined individuals who value direct communication.
Operational Stamina: Physically prepared for large-scale fabrication and the mental discipline required for consistent night-shift performance.
Industry Credentials: A valid CWB FCAW (All Positions) ticket is highly preferred; however, layout mastery is our primary requirement.
Absolute Reliability: A documented record of flawless punctuality. In our workflow, precision starts with being on time.
