Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay rate: $18/h
Key Responsibilities
-Material Handling: Load and unload heavy rolls of fabric and transfer paper (up to 50 lbs). Ensure proper alignment to prevent "ghosting," "bleeding," or "creasing."
-Quality Control: Constantly monitor the output for color accuracy, ink penetration, and fabric shrinkage. Identify and troubleshoot defects immediately to minimize waste.
-Maintenance: Perform daily routine maintenance, including cleaning the felt belt and monitoring oil-bath heating levels.
Workflow Management: Coordinate with the Printing and Cutting departments to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
