Work across the SCM and other ERP workstreams; with multiple stakeholders and across multiple business units to influence and provide solutions for quickly onboarding
• Data Integrity: Maintain and update supplier records in Oracle, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide first-level support to suppliers experiencing issues with portal access or registration, escalating technical issues as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Enbridge Supplier Onboarding & Master Data team and other internal teams to ensure supplier onboarding aligns with business needs and timelines.
• Documentation: Create and maintain onboarding documentation, process guides, and FAQs to support supplier self-service and internal training. Maintain Sharepoint library for Supplier Portal onboarding.
• Compliance: Ensure supplier onboarding activities comply with Enbridge’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate regular contact with Third Parties to ensure relationship continuity
• Provide training support to Third Parties transitioning to transacting with Enbridge, including delivery of face-to-face training where necessary
• Monitor Third Party engagement and compliance to new processes and technology
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and impacted Third Parties
• Support Supplier/Payee Integration and Support Network, including participating in or leading network sessions
• Bring risks and issues to Process Owners and Program Management’s attention, assisting in coming up with mitigations where appropriate
• Guide and influence cross enterprise stakeholders in the understanding, acceptance and deployment of the enterprise processes and systems.
• Support and influence external stakeholders on the benefits of the proposed solutions
• Support and sponsor the USUI project guiding principles
• Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required:
• This position typically requires two or more years of directly related experience in supply chain management, with responsibilities supporting both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, including willingness to cold calling suppliers, are valuable assets.
• Proven data analysis and data modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Direct/indirect experience with Supply Chain and/or Supplier relationships
• Knowledge of the Oracle Enterprise System, particularly the Enbridge Supplier Portal would be a definite asset.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing and leadership skills.
• Verbal and written communication typically consists of developing and presenting project materials, leading workshops, coaching, mentoring, motivating and ensuring objectives are met.
• Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, lead and manage change.
• Ability to think logically and to identify gaps as to Company or industry best practices and document accordingly
• Proven critical thinking capabilities (analytical, gathering information, collecting data, escalating problems with recommended solutions, foresee barriers and recommends ways to remove them).
• Capability to function well within a multiple-project environment within a team, lead a team or independently to meet required milestones or deadlines
• Strong presentation capabilities
• Poise and credibility in interfacing frequently with internal and external customers and the associated support groups
• Can work independently on complex technical issues
• Ability to work as a team player in a multiple team environment
• Very strong computer skills (MS Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Preferred:
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud, Oracle R12 and/or SAP
• Experience with communicating with external stakeholders and supplier onboarding
