Responsibilities
Your Core Responsibilities: Driving Supply Chain Excellence
Your daily impact will involve crucial responsibilities designed to elevate our client's operational efficiency and strategic partnerships:
• Inventory Optimization: You'll support the supply chain team by monitoring inventory levels with distributors, including tracking promotions to ensure adequate stock and prevent issues.
• Process Improvement: You will play a key role in proposing and implementing improvements to existing workflows and tools to boost the operational efficiency of the Supply Chain Department.
• Relationship Management with Distributors: You will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing strong business relationships with distributors across Canada, acting as a central point of contact.
• Problem-Solving: You'll actively participate in meetings with distributors to collaboratively develop solutions to various supply chain challenges.
• New Product Integration: You'll work closely with analysts for the effective follow-up of new products, ensuring their smooth introduction.
• Distributor Liaison: You will serve as the primary resource for everything related to distributor relationships, providing guidance and ensuring effective communication.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a highly motivated professional with:
• 2+ years in procurement/distribution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the food industry
• Bilingualism
