This is a 6 month contract assignment offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contribute significantly to essential supply chain functions within a dynamic team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the integrity of our client's data systems, which underpins their operational efficiency and success.

Responsibilities
- Extract and accurately input high-volume data from various sources into the D365 system.
- Review all data for deficiencies, diligently resolving discrepancies and eliminating duplication for integrity.
- Create and manage new parts and versions within D365 based on business requests.
- Release parts to different legal entities in D365, ensuring smooth logistical flow.
- Complete product cost rollups in D365, supporting financial accuracy.
- Ensure all product attributes and dimensions are accurate and complete for existing products within D365.
- Contribute to overall supply chain operations by assisting with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years of administrative or data entry experience.
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to fast-changing priorities and deadlines.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical competence with software programs, including Google Suite for business (Forms, Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a valuable asset.
