The Supply Chain Director will play a key role in implementing continuous improvement strategies. You will be responsible for planning and purchasing, and will work in close collaboration with senior management to ensure the company's growth and maturity.

Responsibilities
•Supervise and lead the supply chain team, including planning and purchasing.
•Ensure the efficiency of daily tactical operations, including order tracking and inventory management.
•Improve the utilization of the existing ERP system and implement planning strategies.
•Establish and manage Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to align production goals with market needs.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce inefficiencies.
•Work closely with industrial engineering and other departments to support business growth and the launch of new products.
Qualifications
•7+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership role.
•Experience in the manufacturing sector (aerospace or a similar industry is a strong asset).
•Proven experience implementing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies.
•Excellent skills in leadership, problem-solving, and communication.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
