• Develop and maintain rollout materials, training content, job aids, communications, process documentation, and adoption reporting to support consistent use across business units.
• Analyze usage, defect, and adoption data to identify barriers, recommend improvements, prioritize enhancements, and demonstrate value realization from Process Orchestration capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement of SCM processes, tools, and standards by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, simplify user experience, and strengthen compliance.
Required Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of progressively responsible and related experience in the SCM field, preferably in an Oil & Gas Midstream.
+ A combination of education and experience may be considered.
