As a Supply Planner in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, you will optimize the availability of finished goods for VMI programs across North America. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will translate sales forecasts into concrete replenishment plans to maintain a two-month target inventory level. This strategic role within a growing international company combines data analysis and cross-functional collaboration in a modern hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
•Perform monthly inventory level analysis for over a dozen VMI programs.
•Generate replenishment plans to maintain target service levels while minimizing excess stock.
•Coordinate requirements with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
•Lead monthly meetings with sales and planning teams to present findings and order suggestions.
•Maintain the accuracy of planning data (item parameters, lead times, MOQ) within the ERP system.
•Track key performance indicators such as service level, inventory turns, and OTIF.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•2 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management.
•Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) for coordination and communication with North American clients and partners.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
•Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
•Strong analytical mindset and comfort presenting data during meetings.
