- User support
- User training
- Develop reports and dashboards for data visualization
- Ensure data reliability and validity
- Document processes
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, electronics, and/or industrial engineering
- Relevant experience in technical support
- Proficiency in databases (SQL Server) and Excel
- Experience in lighting control systems would be considered a strong asset
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Autonomous, with good analytical skills and resourcefulness
