• Monitor and triage incoming support tickets to ensure timely resolution of user issues.

• Perform technical analysis to identify the root cause of application discrepancies or data mismatches.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to implement fixes and move solutions into the production environment.
• Document technical solutions and produce metrics to track team performance and system health.
• Conduct analysis of statistical data to identify emerging problems and ensure high-quality data accuracy.
Qualifications
• A degree in Computer Science with 4 years of experience or a 2-year technical diploma with 8 years of related experience.
• Proven background in supporting SharePoint platforms and Microsoft Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions.
• Experience in application support roles handling level 2 and level 3 technical tickets.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal client groups.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases and verifying data integrity.
